AJIRA PORTAL is a job application system that is run by a public service institution. This system allows a person to submit various job applications that are advertised by private organizations through government as well as government jobs directly. Users of this system are required to fill in their information in order to use it
WHAT QUALITIES SHOULD I HAVE TO USE THIS SYSTEM??
The Ajira portal is specifically for all Tanzanians with various disciplines. Starting from Form Four and then education from various institutions that certify those professions. For example, driving professions, catering, health care teaching, and more.
WHAT REQUIREMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER THE SYSTEM??
The requirements for registering in the system are listed below. These requirements are required on the system at the time of registration where every single requirement increases the percentage of your Ajira portal profile. A 100% complete user will be able to submit job applications using this system. All the essential requirements are listed below.
- Nida number
- Form Four education certificate
- Form Six education certificate
- Birth certificate
- Passport with small size should not exceed 500KBs plus the resolution of 150x112 px (OR BE SQUARE E.g. 400x400px)
- Recommendation Letter
- College Education Certificate
- Certificate of Any Training If You Have Attended
- Email that is active (use Gmail accounts and no other accounts such as yahoo)
HOW CAN I REGISTER IN THIS SYSTEM?
To register on the Ajira portal system, you must follow the following steps correctly and fully and complete. All percentages (100% of your Ajira portal profile) and be able to submit applications to this system.
STEP ONE.
By using this link, you are required to access the Ajira website portal where you will be able to register. Upon arrival at this website, click on the section labeled CREATE NEW ACCOUNT. Then you will start filling in your Email and password which you will be using to log in to the system. After that, you will click CREATE ACCOUNT
How to activate an account in Ajira portal?
NB: Fill in the PASSWORD THAT YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL REMEMBER, AND IF YOU FORGET YOUR PASSWORD SEE THE VIDEO ATTACHED HERE TO KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THE CHALLENGE.
STEP TWO
After you finish filling in your email and password, you will be sent a text message to your email address. This message is for your account activation. In that message, you will click on the section labeled ACTIVATE ACCOUNT
After clicking on the activate account, the link will take you to the Ajira portal website and you will be required to log in to the system. By filling in your information (username - your email and password - which you filled in at the beginning). After logging in to the system you will proceed with other steps.
STEP FOUR.
After logging in to the system you will start filling in your information starting with personal information. here you will start filling in the information as required by the system including your NIDA number, your address, phone number, and other information. When you finish Click SAVE then continue.
After personal information you will fill in the academic information, starting with the information of Form Four, Six, College, etc. Remember to attach the certificates for each course you went through as it is not possible to cancel the certificate. you can change the certificate only but not change it
NB; IF YOU ARE INTENDING TO APPLY FOR DIPLOMA JOBS DO NOT PUT A DEGREE AND MASTERS'S CERTIFICATE AS EXISTING. in other way DO NOT PUT A HIGHER EDUCATION CERTIFICATE IF YOU ARE GOING TO APPLY FOR LOW-LEVEL EDUCATION JOBS. THE SYSTEM DISQUALIFIES HIGHER LEVEL OF EDUCATION APPLICANTS TO APPLY FOR LOWER-LEVEL JOBS.
Each time you fill in any information, click save,
Fill in all the information including professional qualifications, training details, language absolutely fine. If you are stuck you can check out the video attached to this post. After you finish filling out your information and posting the relevant certificates where required. This includes the OTHER ATTACHMENTS section. where you will post the birth certificate, curriculum vitae, and recommendation letter. Finally, you will upload your passport with the specifications listed above.
STEP FIVE
To confirm your Information in the declaration section, tick that section then click DECLARE. Then complete your profile. By the time you are done, you will have completed your registration in the Ajira portal and you can apply for any job announced in the system.
